Primary Purpose:

 

Support the Retail Training & Development team by coordinating training projects, developing, implementing and evaluating training programs, and providing administrative support. The incumbent will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of training initiatives, enhancing retail staff development, and contributing to business success.

 

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in RT&D to...

 

  • Ensure training program successfully delivered through detailed planning and preparation, including securing appropriate venues, organizing necessary materials, and coordinating all resources effectively and onsite support during training sessions to facilitate smooth delivery
  • Provide post training administrative assistance and consolidate training feedback and statistical reports to evaluate the effectiveness of the programs and identify areas for improvement
  • Maintain comprehensive training records, ensuring all attendance, participation, and performance data is accurately captured and securely stored
  • Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties to execute training initiatives
  • Maintain the e-learning platform and managing learning resources
  • Support customer feedback programs/platforms and manage related data
  • Assist in assigned program and ad-hoc project

 

The accomplished individual will possess...

 

  • Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of solid training and development experience in retail sector, preferably in luxury/fashion/cosmetics brand
  • Solid experience in training needs analysis, career development & customer service training
  • Other professional training qualifications is definitely advantageous
