Primary Purpose:

Reporting into the Senior Director of eCommerce for Europe with a dotted line into the global creative team in New York, the role of the Digital Art worker for Coach is to lead the delivery of primary and secondary digital campaigns from pre-approved global imagery (Website assets, affiliates, social, third party marketing sites, emails, in-store), striving for consistency across all digital channels and ensuring locally relevant content across our European markets, whilst keeping the brands identity at the core.

 

The successful candidate will work closely with the European eCommerce, Marketing & CRM/Digital teams as well as the project management and creative teams in NA to create locally relevant and best in-class digital artwork across both RTL and OTL channels.

 

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Artwork and Design to...

 

  • From pre-approved campaign imagery, creating and delivering digital site assets for 5 European websites (but not limited to) across retail and outlet, ensuring that each site is locally relevant and satisfies customer needs.
  • Creating and delivering customer brands emails (marketing/triggered) across retail and outlet across all European markets, again ensuring locally relevant content for each across each region to support both stores and online.
  • Creating and delivering digital assets across performance marketing campaigns across retail and outlet (including but not limited to affiliates, retargeting and paid social) across our European
  • Creating European bespoke postcards to inspire and engage customers who have shopped online or in-store via in parcel and in-store marketing assets.
  • Work with translations partners to translate pre-approved campaign creative into a broad variety of global digital assets, ensuring consistency across all elements and delivered on time.
  • Partner with Ecommerce Country Managers to build upon and execute regional creative needs to develop and improve customer engagement, conversion rate, AUR and user experience specific to the target market

 

  • Communicate effectively with the broader creative team; project managers, copywriters, product designers, ensuring insights are shared and local European creative needs and tone of voice are met.
  • Keep up to date with trends, best practices and digital advancements, looking at competitors to improve digital design across markets.
  • Work with the Senior Online Trade Manager and systems (Google Analytics/Quantum Metrics/Certona) to understand onsite customer behavior and how they use the site, using insights for future improvements.
  • Take a diligent approach to ensuring all content is optimized for various devices, in particular mobile.
  • Simultaneously oversee multiple projects for different stakeholders across the business (eComm, marketing, CRM & Digital), ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.

 

The accomplished individual will possess...

  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar digital role
  • Experience in working with InDesign and Photoshop is essential
  • Experience of working with Adobe Illustrator would be an advantage but not essential
  • Background in online retail, preferably in a multi-channel, globally branded environment with experience in a matrix or global organization set up
  • Confident understanding of web design, UX/UI and performance
  • Knowledge of best practice for mobile eCommerce
  • Customer focused, ensuring customer needs are met in each market
  • Excellent organizational skills, be able to multi-talk ad prioritize a large and varied workload, according to ever evolving business needs
  • Experience in using Demandware/Salesforce eCommerce platforms an advantage but not essential
  •
