Standard weekly hours - 40hours/week

 

The Primary Purpose:                                           

The In-Store Visual Merchandiser is the ambassador of VM guideline and standards, to champion best practise in our stores. The In-Store VM must partner with the Store Manager (SM) & Field VM (FVM) to ensure the store is always merchandised commercially and in line with VM guidelines and Coach Standards.

 

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency to….

  • Using their partnership skills with SM, Store Associates & FVM to support all VM work flows.
  • Continually generate new ideas while maintaining a collaborative and flexible mind-set.
  • Understanding all VM trends for the season.
  • Being up to date on all seasonal VM Guideline messages and key ideas.
  • Understanding the monthly flow ideas and how they can translate into the store.
  • Understanding styling and composition skill set when adapting VM Guidelines to architecture and assortment.
  • Leading and implementing standards for the store.
  • Championing the store audit visit checklist and VM audit.

  • Ability to ensuring workflows can be executed in a clear and transparent timelines.
  • Working autonomously or in teams as needed to achieve the best results, ensuring the right people are involved at the right time.

  • Excellent communicator with the proven ability to interface with a diverse group.
  • Leading VM workflows, orchestrating and delegating as needed.
  • Leading and influencing all levels of levels within the store.

Proficient in all relevant IT skills such as Photoshop, Adobe
