Primary Purpose: The Account Executive will support the growth of Coach’s distributor business in the Middle East by nurturing key relationships, driving performance, and contributing to strategic business planning.
The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Sales to:
- Support Coach’s Middle East business across distributor-operated monobrand stores, multibrand stores, and websites
- Analyse weekly sales and inventory performance, provide internal reporting, and recommend strategies to optimise results and identify growth opportunities
- Act as a key lead for Outlet strategies in region, analysing performance and providing growth opportunities in line with global strategies
- Regularly track sales plans to update sale targets and OTB
- Participate in trade meetings with accounts to review performance, share updates, and define action plans
- Build strong relationships with Distributors, License Partners and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration
- Create seasonal trade presentations to highlight wins, challenges, and future opportunities
- Support quarterly MEAI marketing product strategy planning, with a focus on Outlet product categories. Own market preparations and presentations to accounts, where analysis and influence play a key role
- Collect, review, and process orders, ensuring alignment with OTB expectations, strategies, inventory levels, tiering, and key seasonal messages
- Assist in long-range financial planning through data gathering and analysis
- Partner with Wholesale Operations, Demand Planning, and Wholesale Customer Service to ensure a seamless execution of the full order lifecycle, conversion of the order book and timely shipments
- Identify and recommend in-season product opportunities and orders
- Conduct regional and competitive landscape analysis to uncover new business opportunities
- Collaborate with the Ecommerce team to deliver ecommerce launches and a consistent global customer journey
- Work closely with Wholesale Customer Experience, Visual Merchandising, and Buying teams to support brand execution across channels
The accomplished individual will possess:
- 2 years+ experience working with distributor/franchise business models
- Experience managing/supporting business across the Middle East, Africa, India
- Sales-driven mindset with a high level of motivation and a focus on achieving targets
- Collaborative team player with a passion for working in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Confident and dynamic, with a solutions-focused mindset and proactive approach to challenges
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage time, priorities, and deliverables independently
- Flexible and open to travel across MEAI and USA, if required
- Thrives under pressure, maintaining accuracy and performance in fast-moving environments
