Job Title: Brand and Multichannel Partnerships - Senior Marketing Manager
Primary Purpose:
This role would work across all channels, including outlet, retail, wholesale and .com to drive large scale brand partnerships with a focus on innovation and commerciality. This role will be truly omni channel in both the partners and projects undertaken, the outputs driven, but also in the creative and commercial solution.
This person would be expected to drive the relationships with our partners ensuring that both existing and new relationships are fostered, driving awareness alongside commercial ROI KPIs. They would partner with finance and strategy teams to enable key insights to ROI and awareness growth as well as identifying target consumer groups.
The candidate will have specific extensive experience working with a multitude of partners to create innovative, engaging solutions that are truly “brand shifting” in terms of ultimate KPI’s and ROI. The candidate will be a seasoned marketing lead who has run cross functional teams and is used to working within multiple channels and geographies and ultimately support in being brand guardian within the realm of partnerships.

 Lead, develop and evolve the strategic plan for brand partnerships across territories, channel and delivery outputs
 To support the strategic plan, identify a strong pipeline of brand appropriate partnership opportunities in key markets, pursuing project determined KPI’s
 Build the partnership plan in line with the key global messaging calendar and initiatives
 Identify and develop opportunities that create key ‘moments’ aligned with global brand vision and
strategy
 Demonstrate the growth opportunities for the brand via partnerships within new customer
acquisition, awareness, traffic both physical and digital and commercial revenue growth
 Establish strong working relationships internally to manage overall all partnership activations
cross functionally, ultimately through to end delivery
 Coordinates project needs with cross functional partners both locally and globally
 Partners with Creative Services partners in NY for any localized needs
 Travels regularly to key markets across Europe in support of brand initiatives and to build and
foster relationships with external agencies/partners

 Manage fully the European brand partnerships budget rolling into the wider Europe Marketing budget
 Directly manage and develop the Partnerships and Trade Marketing Coordinator
 Ensures execution and brand experience across multiple channels and storytelling is connected,
 relevant and adds value

 An understanding of the concept of brand partnerships and have a solid grasp of the internal structure and workings of the global organization
 A strong portfolio of media, experiential and partner contacts across the UK and Europe and have demonstrated professional and successful relationships at a senior level
 A skill to build networks, quickly, and at the right level to further create opportunities
 A balance of both brand and commercial experience dealing with both external and agency
partners
 A natural curiosity to seek out innovative and creative ideas, with a knowledge of the environment
 Strong communication and negotiation skills
 Creative problem solver with strategic thinking skills and strong business acumen
 Ability to make prudent decisions under pressure and deadlines
