Senior Account Executive - Southern Europe

We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic European wholesale team. This role is responsible for the maintaining and development of the Coach wholesale business in Southern Europe, primarily focused on our key accounts across France, Benelux and the Emerging Markets. The Senior Account Executive will act as the day to day contact for the Brand for key partners and will be responsible for designing and executing growth strategies.

  • Develop & manage key and independent accounts across all product categories. Women’s and Men’s Accessories and Footwear.
  • Produce seasonal trade decks highlighting seasonal wins/challenges & opportunities.
  • Develop short term and mid-term plans to meet ST/turnover targets.
  • Design longer term commercial plans for key accounts and commercial negotiations, with the support of Sales Manager.
  • Support Sales Manager in regional strategies that impact accounts.
  • Develop strategies with key accounts that are Omni channel in approach.
  • Build a close relationship with accounts via weekly trade calls.
  • Manage client database updating where required.
  • Develop the distribution network, across key and independent accounts, onboarding new accounts & prospecting in line with regional strategy.
  • Ensure a close relationship with Customer Service to ensure seamless execution of the full order lifecycle being responsible for the conversion of the order book.
  • Own communication with the AR on customers’ payments.
  •  Work with finance partner on provisions, returns, staffing & terms.
  • Aligning with the regional strategy, work with the marketing team on tailored plans for key accounts. Regularly liaise to ensure media plans align with trade activity.
  • Managing 12 markets a year across Women’s & Men’s Leathergoods, Footwear & RTW. Design & present assortment strategies tailored to each account, informed by performance and seasonal regional strategy. Reviewing door allocation strategy. Responsible for collecting orders and processing.
  • Responsible for Tracking and presenting Sales on a weekly & quarterly basis.
  • Analyze sales to highlight key trends & challenges to present back to the business.
  • Responsible to put action plan in place to reach ST targets.
  • Own Seasonal and Yearly OTB planning for accounts & Support Sales Manager on LRP.
  • Work on analytical projects.
  • Manage ROI reports and review marketing spend/impact at account level.
  • Create Sales, Comp. and product feedback reports highlighting areas of growth and ops.
  • Work closely with Customer Experience team on action plans following weekly trade catch ups.
  • Work with the field team on floor training schedule.
  • Partner with Field Team on in store recruitment.
  • Regularly liaise with field team on money mapping strategy.
  • Manage end to end process for new store openings, coordinating with cross-functional partners. Support Sales Manager on CAPEX deck & P&L.
  • Conduct regular market visits, identifying opportunities & looking at competitors.
  • Liaise regularly with store teams.
  • Work closely with VM to ensure high standards and execution of new SIS locations.
