Job Title: Marketing Coordinator - Partnerships & Trade Primary Purpose:
Coach is currently undergoing a period of growth in Europe, establishing not only more Retail and Outlet locations, but with a drive to strengthen our digital and omni presence. The Partnerships and Trade Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Senior Marketing Manager, Brand and Multichannel Partnerships, in the planning and implementation of marketing initiatives across 360 platforms, including in-store, digital, partnership activations and events, with a specific focus on the Coach Retail and Outlet channels.

 Support the Senior Marketing Manager in strategic planning and execution of brand partnership campaigns, traffic and revenue supporting initiatives
 Commercial partner relationship management in working with retailers and local outlet teams
 Key liaison between brand, partners and accounts to gather information, asset requirements, and
sales (where applicable) information in a timely manner
 Asset coordination for Retail and Outlet partners across digital specifications, product imagery and
copy, and social media needs
 Coordination of all seasonal campaign updates for Retail and Outlet partner websites and
 Support in the organizing and implementation of Retail and Outlet events held in Coach boutiques or
in collaboration with brand partners
 Gift with purchase (GWP) coordination for Retail activities where applicable
 Serve as support means in executing new store openings and the partnership programming, and
animation implementation behind this
 Support in the sourcing and execution of wider brand partnership marketing campaigns, driving
acquisition and traffic both to doors and ecommerce as key KPI’s
 Internal relationship building with wider marketing and brand teams to partner on key information
sharing and gathering
 Creating hindsight decks of key campaigns / activations including ROI, Awareness, Impressions
 General admin and ad hoc support for the marketing team
 Invoicing and accounting processing and admin
The accomplished individual will possess....
 Ideally 1-2 years marketing experience, within fashion/luxury goods preferred
 A strong, confident communicator
 Strong relationship management
 Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
 Have a ‘can do’ attitude, with the ability to manage projects with minimum supervision
 Additional European language skills a plus
