Primary Purpose:

We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic European wholesale team. This role will be responsible for the managing, maintaining and developing the Coach distributor and travel retail business in select EMEAI and emerging markets. The Senior Account Executive will act as the day to day contact for the Brand by servicing Coach clients’ portfolio.

 

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency to...

 

  • Manage directly accounts across all product categories (Women’s and Men’s Accessories and Footwear) and channels (Full Price and Outlet).
  • Produce seasonal trade decks highlight seasonal wins/challenges & opportunities.
  • Develop short term seasonal plans to meet ST/turnover targets and support Sales Director in longer term commercial plans.
  • Omnichannel outlook to trade, regular site canvassing and action plans to promote this approach
  • Build a close relationship with accounts via weekly trade calls.
  • Manage client database updating where required
  • Develop the distribution network, onboarding new accounts & prospecting in line with regional strategy.
  • Ensure a close relationship with Customer Service for back-end following end to end the order lifecycle Ensuring any road blocks are flagged and resolved.
  • Communicate with the AR team on customers’ payments to ensure we can ship orders in timely fashion
  • Partner with Director and Finance on provisions, returns, staffing & terms tracking
  • Liaise with marketing on the execution of campaigns. Manage ROI reports, coordinate samples & product launches.
  • Organise 12 markets a year across Women’s & Men’s Leathergoods, Footwear & RTW.
  • Manage and lead seasonal Market and client appointments. Present assortment strategies tailored to each account, informed by performance and seasonal regional. Responsible for collecting orders and processing. 
  • Responsible for Tracking Sales weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and providing consistent reporting. Analyze sales to highlight key trends & challenges to present back to the business.
  • Support with Seasonal and yearly forecast planning and work on analytical projects: BR, Sales forecast,…
  • Create Sales, Comp. and product feedback reports highlighting areas of growth and ops
  • Work closely with Field team on action plans following weekly trade catch ups and in store training schedule/focus.
  • Execute new store openings in coordination with Project Manager & Accounts
  • Lead and Manage store visits and provide comprehensive feedback and actions to boost trade
  • Work closely with VM to ensure high standards.
