Purpose of Role:

The Showroom Coordinator will play a pivotal part in the management of our 6 European showrooms. This candidate will be responsible for coordinating the set and breakdown of our European markets and well as sample management in and out of market.


The successful individual will leverage their proficiency to…


  • Coordinate Showroom set ups and break downs throughout challenging market schedule
  • Coordinate sample flow throughout 6 European showrooms, tracking shipments to ensure that they arrive in time for market appointments
  • Travel to regional showrooms to set up fashion week markets and support during busy time periods
  • Recruit and train seasonal showroom temps for fashion week markets
  • Liaise with VM, Buying & Sales team and Showroom Manager to ensure the smooth set up of European showrooms
  • Work with Showroom Manager to manage showroom and samples budget
  • Order supplies for London and Paris market and manage stock levels
  • Support VM and showroom assistant in preparing the London showroom for the Wholesale selling campaign
  • Manage both London and Paris market calendars
  • Pack and send samples for Wholesale markets to agent showrooms and work with Showroom Coordinator and sales team to ensure visibility of sample levels.
  • Send out requested samples to wholesale partners
  • Work with Showroom Assistant to ensure smooth running of major sample movements e.g. 1941

  • Experience in a wholesale showroom
  • A real desire to work within the fashion industry
  • An understanding of the fashion and luxury goods marketing
  • Demonstrable multi-tasking skills
  • Clear administrative/ organizational skills
  • A natural interest in building relationships
  • An understanding of display/VM


An outstanding professional may also have…

  • A good knowledge of Microsoft Office in particular Excel
  • European language skills – French, German, Italian are desirable
  • Fashion GPS Knowledge
