The Primary Purpose: The Field Visual Merchandiser will be the key liaison and trainer for Tapestry Global Visual Merchandising standards and be the resource for our retail, outlet & Wholesale locations. The Field VM will partner with Global VM, Regional VM and Retail, Outlet & Wholesale management to ensure the store is always merchandised in line with VM Guidelines and correct standards. The position reports to the Senior Field Visual Merchandising Manager.

Partnership
- Collaborate with Global VM, Regional VM and In-Store VM to support all VM workflows.
- Building relationships through training and sharing knowledge and skill sets/techniques.
- Continually generate new ideas while maintaining a collaborative and flexible mindset.
Training
- Training and developing In-Store VM to understand the store environment, customer flow, and product flow of the shop floor.
- Training on all VM trends for the season
- Training and developing In-Store VM on managing sell through while maintaining best in class VM presentations.
- Training and developing In-Store VM on being mindful of Global VM directives when supporting business objectives.
Visual Merchandising
- Communicating all seasonal VM Guideline messages and key ideas.
- Communicating the monthly flow ideas and how they translate for the region.
- Communicating styling and composition techniques to region when adapting VM Guidelines to architecture and assortment.
Organization & Time Management
- Planning all workflows in advance to ensure smooth and successful VM execution in region.
- Ability to react quickly with a strong sense of urgency.
- Ensuring workflows in region are executed in clear and transparent timelines.
- Working autonomously or in teams as needed to achieve the best results: ensuring the right people are involved at the right time.
- Executing the Store Visit Checklist and VM Audit in region
Communication
- Excellent communicator with the ability to interface with a diverse group.
- Championing the Global VM Guideline: being up to date on all VM initiatives and merchandising trends and techniques.
- Cascading seasonal messages down to all levels in the region.
