Title: Assistant Manager, Site Content eOS


Primary Purpose:

The Assistant Manager for the North America e-Commerce team will support site merchandising and operations for the Outlet business to help achieve the financial and performance targets for the business.

  • Prepare eCommerce product merchandising for the Outlet eCommerce website and Outlet Catalog
    • Own the end-to-end management of shop and product experiences (including upload, copy, navigation, and modification of all shops and SKUs)
    • Partner with Web Production and Product Teams to trouble shoot site/file issues
    • Manage backend files for eOS events (Event File, Upload File, Delete/Disable File, etc.)
  • Sequence and monitor Outlet eCommerce shops.
    • Update sequencing and refresh shops consistently based on inventory, newness, marketing, and sales trends
  • Collaborate on ecomm photography request process and serve as liaison with photography team
    • Consistently look for opportunities for re-scaling, color correcting, or alt imagery
  • Utilize our analytics tools (ie Google Analytics) to identify business opportunities
    • Own null search term reporting, partnering with Web Production to implement updates
    • Leverage learnings to recommend new shop concepts and merchandising strategies
  • Keep a pulse on competitive landscape to help inform future strategies and brainstorming efforts
  • Participate in weekly team meetings with cross-functional partners to better understand business results and drive brainstorming efforts
    • Setup business review recap deck with dates and email imagery from event we are recapping
  • Print and distro eOS business review decks and event email drafts to the team
  • Maintain Outlook calendar invites for eOS Events

The accomplished individual will possess...


  • BA or BS degree 
  • Demonstrate strong logical analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills needed to in order to work effectively with multiple team members
  • Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities; able to organize, multi-task and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
  • Team-oriented with ability to interact with team members and partners across functions and levels
  • Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy required; a thirst for learning and success
  • Good product sensibility and ability to merchandise sites in a visually appealing way
  • Must have strong Excel skills; merchandising systems experience a plus
  • Proficient with Google Analytics and/or Microstrategy is preferred
