Primary Purpose: Coach’s Digital group presents rich and compelling brand experiences globally online through multiple web venues while consistently building brand awareness and maximizing eCommerce opportunities. The Associate Manager of NA eCommerce Merchandising will support the team and tasks responsible for site merchandising for coach.com in the execution of site strategies to help achieve the financial and performance targets for the business.

Site Merchandising Execution & Shop Management

  • Own the end-to-end management of shop experiences for various categories across the site
  • Proactively monitor site and category performance to identify risks and opportunities, escalating when broader impact or alignment is required
  • Update sequencing and refresh category shops based on data insights, sales trends, inventory, newness, marketing and price changes
  • Serve as the go-to for any call outs or issues found within products or shops
  • Ensure all category refinements (filters, search, sort rules, category personalization etc.) are optimized and working correctly

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

  • Analyze key digital KPIs (conversion, AOV, demand, search behavior, sell-through) to inform merchandising updates 
  • Monitor category and shop performance and implement data-driven updates to sequencing, product exposure, and presentation
  • Support weekly and ad-hoc reporting needs, providing clear recaps and recommended next steps 
  • Strong technical aptitude with curiosity to learn and leverage new tools and technologies, including AI, to enhance analysis and efficiency

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Maintain strong alignment between site merchandising and key marketing moments, launches, and promotional periods
  • Execute and optimize linking across homepage, landing pages, and content placements in partnership with Marketing to support cohesive customer journeys
  • Partner with the Photography team to own pre-season shotlist planning, ensuring seasonal imagery reflects key product priorities and site merchandising needs
  • Participate in weekly cross-functional meetings to review business performance and identify merchandising opportunities
  • Attend seasonal product walkthroughs to stay informed on storytelling, assortment focus, and key investments

 

Operational Excellence

  • Maintain strong attention to detail across all site updates to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and efficiency
  • Keep a pulse on competitive site experiences and emerging ecommerce best practices

 

The accomplished individual will possess...

 

  • Bachelors degree with a minimum of 3-4 years of professional experience in eCommerce or eCommerce merchandising, preferably fashion and/or retail background (or related industry)
  • PIM or other site merchandising catalog experience is required; Demandware/SFCC or Plumslice a plus
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Excellent communication skills and team oriented mindset
  • Passion for eCommerce is a must
  • Demonstrate strong logical analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities; able to organize, multi-task and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
  • Ability to effectively interact with team members and extensive cross functional network across all levels
  • Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy required; a thirst for learning and success
  • Excellent product sensibility and ability to merchandise site in a visually appealing way
  • Must have strong Excel skills
  • Proficient with Google Analytics & knowledge of digital KPIs

Work Setup: Hybrid

 

BASE PAY RANGE $80,000.00 TO $90,000.00 Annually
*Tapestry will comply with minimum wage requirements and any other applicable pay laws based on city, county, and state regulations.
