Primary Purpose:


The Associate  Manager, Site Experience & for Coach Outlet eCommerce will help drive the digital growth of the business through supporting the team and tasks responsible for site merchandising, strategy, operations and innovation.


The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in eCommerce to…

 

  • Support ongoing site merchandising and experience through:
    • Drive seamless cross-channel experience by partnering with Marketing business partners to optimize linking strategies, channel to shop relationships and other tactics to optimize traffic optimization and KPIs
    • Maintaining Creative asset library and driving cross-functional feedback processes
    • Create, maintain and report out on end to end site traffic and conversion performance, ensuring shop, content and cross channel optimizations on a daily and weekly basis
  • Leverage analytics tools (i.e. Google Analytics) and cross-functional partnerships to support best in class site experience
    • Check site and reports daily to identify any potential issues
    • Attend and contribute to meeting with eCommerce teams, cross functional partners, and 3rd party vendors to better understand business results and inform ideation efforts
    • Participate in weekly team meetings with cross functional partners to better understand business results and inform brainstorming efforts
    • Keep a pulse on competitive landscape to help inform future strategies and brainstorming efforts
  • Maintain, update and optimize shared site calendars, documents and resources
    • Ensuring version control is maintained, and shared documents are up to date
    • Owning the document repository, and identifying areas for optimization and process improvement

  • Bachelors degree with a minimum of 3-4 years of professional, relevant eCommerce experience
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Excellent communication skills and team oriented mindset
  • Technical aptitude and desire to learn new technologies
  • Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities; able to organize, multi-task and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
  • Ability to effectively interact with team members and extensive cross functional network across all levels
  • Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy required; a thirst for learning and success
  • Excellent product sensibility and ability to merchandise site in a visually appealing way
  • Passion for eCommerce is a must
  • Must have strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • PIM experience preferred; Demandware/SFCC or Plumslice a plus
  • Experience with Google Analytics & knowledge of digital KPIs
