  • The Associate Manager is a key member of the Global PR team with a strong interest in fashion, culture, current events, new media and entertainment, who has strong organizational and pitching skills, ability to balance multiple deadlines and collaborate well with others.
  • Support all North America PR campaigns and initiatives
  • Oversee sample requests from national media outlets and support global/BU requests as needed
  • Manage sample orders globally
  • Maintain relationships with National, Regional editors across fashion, lifestyle, entertainment, trade and consumer, as well as stylists and publicists
  • Liaise with each market to ensure strategy and product pushes are on track
  • Lead pitching national media on both print and digital product/fashion stories
  • Develop pitch lists for varying initiatives
  • Work on team-wide PR initiatives including launches, events, strategy sessions, press days, partnerships; collaborate on and contribute ideas
  • Oversee seasonal product asset shoots
  • Oversee invoicing for PR editorial expenses and track budget
  • Hire, mentor, and manage team of interns
  • Stay informed on all industry news, info share and bring ideas to the team

The accomplished individual will possess...


  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred nor required. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • 3-5+ years in relevant public relations role
  • Strong contact database in the industry
  • Strong relationship building skills required
  • Excellent communication, writing, project management, presentation, cross-functional collaboration and relationship building skills are critical 
  • Highly proficient in Launchmetrics: Contacts, sample management, insights, discover
  • Familiarity with Muck Rack, Cision, Tribe
  • Highly proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Excel
