FP&A Analyst - North America Stores Capital Planning - New York, NY


Primary Purpose: Reporting to the Manager, North America Stores FP&A, the role will support all aspects of the FP&A process with focus on capital and real estate, including monthly close activities, Quarterly Outlook (QO) and Long Range Plan (LRP) forecasting, and ad hoc analysis. Potential exists for future full ownership of P&L line items and becoming the primary contact for Real Estate and Construction Business Units.

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in FP&A to:

  • Support the monthly close and quarterly forecasting processes for the North America stores P&L
  • Conduct variance analysis and communicate financial results vs plan to senior management
  • Leverage PBCS (Hyperion Planning), SAP, and Microstrategy tools to analyze business trends and drive investment decisions
  • Drive special projects (e.g., marketing ROI analysis, global process standardization)
  • Build strong relationships with key business partners, including Coach’s Brand President, CFO, and General Managers

The accomplished individual will possess:

  • 1-2 years accounting or finance experience, either within an FP&A team or otherwise
  • Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn new and different topics
  • Flexible approach to work and evolving organizational priorities
  • Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships
