Reports to: Sr. Manager, Global Visual Merchandising Men’s & Coachtopia

Primary Purpose:

 

The Coordinator, Global Visual Merchandising Men’s & Coachtopia - will support in sample coordination/management, creating compelling visual guidelines and assist in developing visual strategies to drive brand awareness, meet sales objectives and maximize profitability.  This position will interact with cross-functional teams to identify key messages and set clear goals that continuously elevate the consumer experience. This will be a multi-channel role supporting Retail, Outlet and Coachtopia.

 

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Visual Merchandising to...

  • Organize, pull and manage product samples.                             
  • Support the creation of monthly In Store Global VM Guidelines:
    • Partner with Global Merchandising, Sample Management, Marketing and Design to create dynamic and innovative VM Direction
    • Physical and digital content creation
  • Support setup of seasonal showrooms installations and special events.
  • Conduct seasonal trend reporting and inspiration research.

 

The accomplished individual will possess...

  • 2-3 years of visual merchandising experience with fashion related brands, specialty retailer; field visual or in-store merchandising and/ or corporate visual experience preferred.
  • Experience working with leather goods and lifestyle categories: bags, small leather goods, ready-to-wear, footwear, watches and sun wear.
  • Passion for visual merchandising and fashion.
  • Ability to take direction, multi-task and manage shifting priorities.
  • Ability to react quickly with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Demonstrated proficiency of Microsoft Office (Power Point, Excel).

 

An outstanding professional will have...

  • Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with ability to interface with a diverse group.
  • Strong aesthetic and visual design/styling experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency of Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
