Manager, Design - Color & Concept

Primary Purpose: The Manager, Concept and Color is responsible for supporting Color & Concept across Men’s and Women’s Leather Goods in order to help the teams meet key deliverables and milestones.


The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Design to:


Color Concept

  • Support and partner with the Director in pitching and researching seasonal concepts for men’s and women’s leather goods across retail and outlet, as well as special projects and bigger picture activations.
  • Research seasonal concept ideas that align with brand vision, story for the season, market trends and the global merchandising briefs.
  • Support and partner with the Director in setting the seasonal and collaborations leather goods palettes.
  • Coordinate collection of materials, CADs, and samples for key milestones.
  • Help organize presentation boards and assist in the preparation of meetings.
  • Maintain and oversee day-to-day departmental processes.

An outstanding professional will have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Design or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience.
  • Excellent taste level and good knowledge of the brand.
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Fashion/luxury brand experience, a plus.
