Primary Purpose:


Coach’s Digital group presents rich and compelling brand experiences online through building brand awareness and maximizing eCommerce opportunities. The Site Manager of Merchandising Operations will manage and support the team responsible for the execution of site strategies to help achieve the financial and performance targets for the business.

 

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency to...

 

  • Manage the full eCommerce product catalog for the Coach Outlet website
    • Own the end-to-end management of product set-up across all product categories on site, including turning on, retiming and purging products from the database
    • Manage ecommerce photography tracking and asset uploads
    • Partner with Buying & Allocation on product launches to optimize inventory and sales
    • Ensure all category refinements (filters, search, etc.) are optimized and working correctly
    • Monitor site daily to ensure all bugs, tickets and inventory or site feed issues are addressed

 

  • Own and communicate the weekly pricing and promotion execution of the site
    • Outline product details included in promotional strategies and outline shop strategy
    • Clearly articulate pricing changes to site and marketing partners
    • Manage the coordination & system flow for weekly price changes and discount rates across site

 

  • Leverage analytics tools and cross-functional partnerships to create best in class eCommerce experiences
    • Own weekly and ad-hoc site reporting (customer, diagnostics, search) to identify business opportunities
    • Leverage business analysis & strong understanding of digital KPIs to track selling, identify key trends & maximize opportunities in the assortment to achieve growth & profitability
    • Participate in weekly team meetings with cross functional partners to better understand business results and inform brainstorming efforts
    • Attend seasonal product walkthroughs and marketing kick off meetings to stay informed on primary product and marketing messages
    • Keep a pulse on competitive landscape to help inform future strategies and brainstorming efforts
    • Manage a team of one Associate, with a focus on coaching and long term talent development

 

 

The accomplished individual will possess...

 

  • 5+ years of professional experience in eCommerce or eCommerce merchandising/buying preferably fashion and/or retail background (or related industry); Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
  • 2+ years of people management preferred
  • Passion for eCommerce is a must
  • Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy required; a thirst for learning and success
  • Must have strong Excel skills (i.e., build vlookups and pivot tables, manipulating and reconciling large sets of data)
  • Technical aptitude and desire to learn new technologies
  • Excellent communication skills and team oriented mindset
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Demonstrate strong logical analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities; able to organize, multi-task and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
  • Proficient with Google Analytics, Tableau & knowledge of digital KPIs
  • Demandware/SFCC/Plumslice or other site merchandising catalog a plus
