Job Title: Manager, Sustainability, Coach
Primary Purpose: Lead product and materials impact measurement at Coach

- Lead the process for calculating product level carbon footprints using T-EPIC- Tapestry Environmental Impact Calculator- including data collection, QA and validation
- Analyze and glean insights from T-EPIC results, looking for opportunities to drive carbon reduction
- Develop and execute a roadmap that streamlines the T-EPIC process and makes it more robust
- Project manage LCAs with outside consultants with coordination from Tapestry ESG team
- Partner with key leaders to develop sustainability strategy and set targets
- Develop tools and materials to educate product teams on carbon reduction opportunities
- Act as a key internal consultant on a broad range of sustainability topics
- Collaborate with the Tapestry ESG team and Coach product teams on SBTi measurements and roadmaps
- Respond to internal and external inquiries with respect to the impact of products and materials in partnership with Tapestry ESG team
- Work with Tapestry ESG team to complete reporting requirements for LCA related regulations
- Support the Director of Sustainability to implement projects and innovations that drive sustainability, financial and customer value
The accomplished individual will possess….
- 5+ years of LCA and product sustainability experience
- Experience in product and material impact measurement; apparel, footwear or accessories experience a plus
- Knowledge of fashion industry supply chain and impacts
- Excellent analytical skills and experience working with large data sets
- Advanced Excel experience including Power BI
- Creative problem solver with strong business acumen and ability to innovate
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguity, adapt to changing priorities and drive with urgency
- Highly organized with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Team player with positive attitude, strong initiative and self-motivated drive
- Start-up experience a plus

BASE PAY RANGE $90,000.00 TO $100,000.00 Annually
