The Senior Manager of Demand Capture Media, will develop, and lead media strategies focused on lower-funnel acquisition and conversion. They will own performance media channels including paid social, digital, and emerging media (IE: online video) spanning across both collection and outlet segments, ensuring profitable growth in a highly competitive retail environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Channel Ownership: Build demand capture media strategies focused on driving to a multi-tabbed website experience while balancing collection and outlet omnichannel goals.
  • Customer Journey Mapping: Collaborate with cross functional and vendor teams to understand the customer journey across all media channels.  Craft demand capture campaigns that align with how full price and outlet consumers discover and engage across digital & offline touchpoints.  
  • Budget Management & Forecasting: Manage media budgets, including billing and invoicing across full-price and outlet categories.  Establish monthly and quarterly media budgets optimized for revenue impact through forecasting. Monitor in period pacing and flex opportunities for social, digital, and emerging channels.
  • Technical & Analytical Skill Set Application: Work with performance marketing metrics (ROAS, Bounce Rate, CVR, AOV, ATC, etc) to optimize media and performance in real time. 
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with buying, e-commerce, creative, analytics, and finance to align campaigns with seasonal product flows 
  • Test & Learn: Develop data driven test and learn approach to audience targeting, bidding strategy, creative performance, and attribution modeling. Conduct A/B, pre vs. post, and incrementality tests to validate results.
  • Creative Strategy: Partner with Global marketing teams to develop a consumer centric, GenZ focused creative strategy across Social, Digital, and emerging media channels.
  • Agency & Team Management: Oversee internal & external executional teams, ensuring delivery against KPIs and persistent innovation.  Foster a data driven culture of continuous learning. Main point of contact for Demand Capture with Social, Digital, and emerging partners.
  • Media Execution: Partner with agency team to achieve executional excellence across Social, Display, and emerging media platforms.  

 

The successful individual will possess the below qualifications...

  •      6+ years of experience directly managing marketing campaigns at multi-million-dollar annual budget.
  •      Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record or proven relevant experience in a performance marketing or highly commercial role will be considered 
  • Highly organized with the ability to multi-task projects while prioritizing largest business movers.
  • Previous experience with GA, MMM, MTA, and/or other advanced marketing measurement methodologies.
  • Strong measurement experience. Familiar with A/B tests as well as incrementality testing, geo lift, and pre vs. post measurement.  
  • Strong analytical skills; able to make data-driven decisions, including being able to triangulate across different datasets to inform strategy.
  • Experience leading direct reports and internal & external partners.
  • Outstanding attention to detail.
  • Experience with a multi-tabbed ecommerce experience a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Previous media agency experience preferred.

Work Setup: HYBRID

 

BASE PAY RANGE $115,000.00 TO $130,000.00 Annually
