Primary Purpose: This position will play a critical role in executing integrated search engine marketing for the North America Outlet market & drive the evolution of the program supporting the ecommerce outlet site.

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in SEM to…

  • Lead execution & strategy for Coach Outlet paid search campaigns (including Gmail), partnering closely with an external agency on implementation and performance optimization
  • Develop innovative program strategies for both ongoing and seasonal initiatives, being agile in aligning with the site’s promotional cadence and product launches
  • Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and marketing business partners to drive ecommerce and omni-channel Coach Outlet performance
  • Create and employ successful audience targeting & device bidding strategies to segment & personalize the experience
  • Generate weekly, quarterly & ad hoc reporting with the ability to recognize and troubleshoot data anomalies
  • Own the channel forecast, managing budget towards demand and ROI targets
  • Develop testing roadmaps for new business initiatives & process efficiencies
  • Lead weekly performance meetings, including communicating key metrics, variances to plan and go-forward optimizations
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and digital offerings to advise on innovative and first to market opportunities

The accomplished individual will possess...

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience directly managing Search Engine Marketing programs
  • Experience working with multi-functional in-house teams and external agency management
  • Exceptional analytical skills to measure the success of the SEM programs and to expand upon that success
  • Advanced knowledge of standard industry analytics tools (Google Adwords, Adwords Editor, Google Analytics, Excel, etc.)
  • Are able to transform detailed analysis into straightforward summaries for cross-functional partners
  • Excellent oral, written and formal presentation skills; Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization from external vendors to senior leadership
  • Possess drive, self-confidence and initiative to work cross-functionally, be a team player, and interface effectively with various departments
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
  • Demonstrate strong interest in digital.  Experience within specialty retail or luxury brand a plus!
