Primary Purpose: The Senior Technical Print Designer will handle the day to day responsibilities of the Print Studio.
This role will focus on driving the print process from development stage to production. The position reports to Senior Design
Director-Print Studio.

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Design to...

  • Create mill ready art packages for multiple categories and labels within the house (both sampling and production)
  • Clean and color separate the artwork and create repeats
  • Create CADs of prints for in-house presentations
  • Make revisions on prints based on the needs from internal partners and also the outside partners (mills & factories)
  • Communicate with Legal Department regarding prints and graphics
  • Work proactively according to development calendar, to stay ahead of timelines
  • Manage all information sharing across Design teams and cross-functional partners such as PD teams and Merchandising teams for various product categories.
  • Serve as resource to internal partners, sharing Adobe expertise and passion for technology
  • Manage a team with two direct reports
  • Maintain print archive
  • Maintain large format Epson printers and consumables


The accomplished individual will possess...

  • 8-10+ years of textile design work experience, in accessories &/or apparel market
  • College degree in Textile Design, Graphic Design, or related field
  • 2+ years of management experience
  • Must be EXPERT level Illustrator and Photoshop user, additional proficiency in Ned Graphics a plus
  • Must be EXPERT level in color indexing and creating the repeat from the scanned prints in Photoshop
  • Must be skilled at hand drawing and CAD
  • Highly-developed taste level and sensitivity to color balance
  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate as a team player
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and adapt to change
  • Understanding and enthusiasm for the CoachExtremely organized and detail-oriented – excellent calendar adherence and ownership
  • Excellent time management skills
