Job Title: Repairs Assessor
Primary Purpose: The Repairs Assessor supports the Coach (Re)Loved & Repair Workshop by managing the intake, assessment, and data entry of handbags submitted for repair. This role ensures that each item is accurately documented and staged for repair, enabling craftspeople to work efficiently.

- Receive, unbox, and properly stage incoming repair items from direct mail, Coach retail stores, and department stores.
- Assess each handbag for style, material, condition, and repair needs according to department guidelines.
- Sort and categorize products into appropriate repair batches based on type and complexity.
- Accurately enter detailed product and batch data into the repair tracking system in a timely manner.
- Maintain clear and organized digital and physical records of all incoming and outgoing items.
- Stage batched repairs for the next step in the process, ensuring alignment with system data.
- Pack and ship items back to customers when deemed non-repairable or as directed by management.
- Support raw materials inventory management and replenishment as needed.
- Support packing, shipping, and logistics operations as needed.
- Provide support to the Coach (Re)Loved team and other workshop functions as needed.

- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Strong typing skills (minimum 30 WPM preferred).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
- Comfortable working in a hands-on, workshop environment.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods.

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry, inventory, or product intake roles preferred.
