Primary Purpose:

We are looking for an Account Executive – Wholesale based in Paris. The Account Executive is responsible for supporting the Coach wholesale business with fashion-led key accounts in Southern Europe (France, Benelux, Russia, Turkey, Greece, Cyprus, Spain and Portugal); the Account Executive will act as the day-to-day contact for the Brand by servicing Coach fashion-led clients’ portfolio.

Account and Business Management

  • Support the Sales Manager with development and management of the Accounts facilitating growth strategies
  • Coordinate seasonal market organization and meetings with Accounts
  • Responsible for collecting, maintaining and correcting clients orders
  • Work with the Wholesale team on swaps and re-orders to drive sales
  • Work closely with the Customer Service team for back-end follow up : order upload, tracking inbound and outbound shipments
  • Liaise with Credit Control on customers’ payments
  • Manage and update Account Lists
  • Know-how of fashion-led distribution – prospect and develop new business opportunities
  • Coordinate and support in store marketing initiatives & events, manage ROI reports with stores, coordinate samples lawn

 

 

Reporting and Analysis

  • Responsible for collecting and monitoring sales performance from our partners 
  • Update sales reports
  • Support the Sales Manager in various analytical projects : business reviews, sales budgets, re-forecasts, market presentations, sell through analysis

 

In-store presentation & training

  • Manage a team of brand ambassadors and brand specialists
  • Partner with the Wholesale team to develop & implement seasonal training and product knowledge materials
  • Work closely with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure that all merchandising and presentation standards are executed
  • Support new store openings in coordination with cross functional partners & accounts
  • Coordinate onboarding training session for our in store Brand Ambassadors with accounts

  • 2 years wholesale experience

  • Flexibility to travel in Europe
  • Willingness to take on responsibilities outside a defined job scope
  • Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills
  • Ability to work, in a fast-paced high performance environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Confident, dynamic with good initiative
  • Excel literate and immediate level of Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in both French and English
  • Industry contacts / client base would be ideal
  • Experience of the accessories / RTW market
