Job Title: Analyst, Retail Planning and Support

Primary Purpose: The Analyst, Retail Planning and Support will be responsible for executing reporting and altering capabilities to fuel the growth of Coach Korea. This role will report to the Director of Retail Management and Business Development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the build-out of reporting and deep dive analyses which delivers information, insight, and recommendations to optimize Coach’s overall business, in both Retail and Outlet channels. This Analyst will also support the Area Managers in some daily operations tasks.

  1. Data Analysis
  • Leverage data to provide insights, leading and driving a test and learn culture.
  • Create and build tools or automated reports that provide added value for Retail Management and/or store teams.
  • Executes, distributes, and consolidates weekly and monthly reporting.
  • Provide analytical support to measure sales performance and analyze promotional results.
  • Supports data consolidation, promotional planning and systems uploading.
  • Supports special projects: VIP events, loyal customer events, preferred customer events, store incentive programs, key opinion leader, store visits, ad-hoc meeting decks, etc.
  • Review the top seller at the stores and, in some cases, transfer to other stores.
  • Support store to achieve KPI target for both Retail and Outlet channel.
  • Regular store visits are expected to stay relevant to the store environment and to add further value to the business requirements.

 

  1. Sales Support administration
  • Support sales administrative work including payment review & settlement.
  • Store property related contract management support.
  • Support other sales administrative work.
  • Add-hoc task.

 

The accomplished individual will possess...

 

  • Minimum one years of relevant analytical experience
  • Optimism and strong ability to learn, particularly with computer applications.
  • Strong Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, visualizations, etc.)
  • Experience working with MicroStrategy (Preferred)
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Experience working cross functionally and interacting with partners at all levels
  • Excellent communication in Korean and intermediate English (Mandatory), teamwork and relationship building skills.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills

 

An outstanding professional will have...

 

  • Bachelor’s degree and 1~3 years of proven prior experiences as an analyst
  • Experience working with visualization tools (i.e. Microsoft PowerBI, Tableau)
  • Strong analytical skills and hands on experience working with both structured and unstructured datasets along with a natural curiosity to understand data and apply to business challenges
