Assistant Manager, Store Operations

I Primary Purpose
The primary purpose of this position is to supervise and lead retail operations team, all coverage support in daily operations, supplies, stores communication and retail systems. This position will report to brand director.

II Key Responsibilities
- Develop a smooth communication bridge between cooperate partners and the field to make sure the field operate business effectively and simply.
- Supervise all retail operations responsibility and related matters; includes daily material supplies, grooming, construction, communications, retail system, operations process, terms and policy, training, etc.
- Manage and support (pop-up) stores opening, renovation, or close process and arrangement.
- Attend regular meetings with HQ or related functions or external vendors.
- Supervise outsourced customer service team locate at Shanghai; scope includes physical stores and E-com service.
- Supervise post selling services such as all product categories repair services and customer service team.
- Assist and consult urgent customer complain/dispute if necessary.
- Supervise store quarterly stock-take and result follow-up.
- Well manage and plan annual department budget.
- Manage and consolidate store maintenance requests and retail IS system.
- Conduct local annual Store Manager Conference and Roadshow meetings.
- Manage ad-hoc tasks from company’s strategy.
- Conduct store operations training for stores if necessary.
- Lead and guide team members work effectively and meet the expectation from the team.

III Education and Experience Required
A bachelor’s degree plus. Fluent written and verbal communication in English is a must. A good team player and at least 5-year experience in retail industry.

IV Dimensions
This position will represent the department and co-work with field management as well as Retail Management. He or she may needs to directly communicate with field team, HQ or Greater China senior management is required. Most of all is to innovate team and proactively provide the best solution to internal and external customers in terms of retail operations scope.

V Personality Dimensions
Equip with flexible, initiative and outstanding communication skill. But also can be independent of decision-making and good time-management skills are important to this role. A desire to grow with Coach is a must.
