Position Title: Associate Manager, CRM & Retail Marketing
Reports to: Manager, Retail Marketing & CRM
Location: Taiwan

Key Responsibilities:
CRM:
- Generate CRM analysis report and provide insight on customer metrics and strategic action plan.
- CRM planning and implementation to drive retention and acquisition.
- Manage and revamp VIP program in both retail and outlet channels.
- Work with oversea and local vendors to enhance CRM system.
- Communication preparation and execution for in-base customers regularly or ad-hoc task
Retail Marketing:
- To prepare action plans and work with sales team for innovative consumer events in both retail and outlet channels, and to track events results. Monitor executional process to effectively manage the cadence and support around the key initiatives.
- Coordinate with teams for activities to drive traffic to store, work on GWP planning, including planning for key holiday seasonality/launch in-store projects.
- Build on network of key alliances across functional teams to gain insights and knowledge around driving business objectives.
- Drive key partnership terms and relations with landlord marketing network.
Others:
- Monthly payment application and follow up;
- Open to learn new task such as digital
Education/Qualifications:
- 3-5 year marketing experience. Prefer from fashion and cosmetics industry.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation and analytical skills.
- Great attention to details and excellent multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Must be a team player who thrives on deadline-driven projects.
- Highly organized and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Excellent analytical skills with quantitative/ business undergraduate degree.
- High degree of proficiency in PC application, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Bilingual is a must.
