Assistant Manager, VM Production

Primary Purpose


This position will support and partner closely with Production manager to organize 2D initiatives (such as signage/window cling/lightbox rollouts and store amplifications) and 3D initiatives (such as props, pop-ups, out of home activations, and windows production) for Coach Retail and Outlet network.  project installations (window, facade animation, pop up, exhibition, in-store animation and light box) and arrangement of transportation for the VM tools (tools for display, props, fixture & furniture)



Key Responsibilities


Lightbox, 2D Print VM Signage Program

  • Coordinate production and installation for quarterly enhancements (Lightbox, 2D print production)
  • Responsible for communication with vendors for production and installation schedule of enhancements


3D initiatives

  • Support 3D production (window, pop up, events etc.) with VM production manager.
  • Manage production calendar and coordinate logistics for 2D and 3D initiatives
  • Ensure high quality of vendor execution
  • Partner closely with Field VM team and GSPC team to manage the inventory of VM tools and fixtures for new opening stores, renovation and enhancement projects.
  • Coordinate logistics between vendor, global distribution center and stores for 2D and 3D initiatives
  • Prepare communicate with stores for preparation, arrangement, installations and dismantle for all brand initiatives


The accomplished individual will possess...

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience of VM / Production or project coordination in retail environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communications in English is a must.
  • Ability to work strategically and react quickly with a strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong time management skills and able to set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Must be highly resourceful, organized and detail oriented and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously within short timelines.
