- Processes shipments as needed
- Answers phones

- Maintains cash wrap organization and cleanliness
- Conducts email/name capture
- Accurately completes each transaction by identifying sales associates productivity without disrupting the service environment
- Creates a lasting impression by thanking the customer and giving them a reason to return
