岗位职责 

1. 顾客服务:热情迎接顾客,介绍每日特价或新品,解答疑问,并高效完成点单与收款。 

2. 饮品制作:熟练操作咖啡设备,包括咖啡豆的研磨、咖啡与茶的冲泡,确保每一杯饮品的品质与口感。 

3. 环境维护:保持工作区与用餐区的整洁,及时补充物料,清理垃圾并对设备与器具进行消毒。 

4. 展示更新:定期更新标牌与展示内容,以吸引顾客并提升品牌形象。 

5. 库存管理:定期盘点并补充展示柜、餐桌及柜台内的物品,确保物料充足。 

6. 合规操作:严格遵守食品安全法规与质量控制标准,确保顾客的用餐安全与满意度。 

 

任职要求 

1. 经验要求:至少1-3年食品与饮品制作经验,具备专业咖啡背景者优先。 

2. 咖啡热情:对咖啡充满热情,能够生动讲述咖啡豆的故事,并持续学习咖啡相关知识。 

3. 沟通能力:出色的倾听与沟通技巧,能够与顾客建立良好的互动关系。 

4. 个人特质:性格友善、形象得体,具备高度的服务意识与责任感。 

5. 团队合作:能够在高强度、快节奏的环境中高效工作,具备良好的团队协作精神。 

6. 服务理念:始终以顾客满意度为核心,致力于提供卓越的服务体验。
