岗位概述 

作为厨房工作人员,您将负责协助厨房的日常运营,包括食材准备、餐具清洁及厨房环境的维护。您需要从冰箱、冰柜和储藏室中取用食材,按照厨师的指示进行食材处理,并确保所有工作区域符合卫生标准。 

一名成功的厨房工作人员应充分了解食品处理的正确流程,能够及时清理过期或变质的食材,并严格遵守食品健康与安全法规。同时,您需要具备出色的组织能力,以确保厨房工作高效有序地完成。 

 

岗位职责 

1. 食材准备:协助厨师完成食材的清洗、去皮、切割和切片等工作。 

2. 食品接收:协助厨房团队从送货卡车上卸载食品,并按要求储存。 

3. 餐具清洁:正确清洗、擦干并归位所有餐具、烹饪器具、砧板及盘子。 

4. 外卖打包:根据顾客需求,高效完成外卖订单的打包工作。 

5. 环境维护:清理垃圾、更换垃圾袋、清洗垃圾桶,并定期拖地和打扫厨房区域。 

6. 库存管理:按照食品安全标准储存食材,并协助管理库存的出入。 

 

任职要求

1. 经验要求:至少1-3年餐饮准备经验,具备厨房辅助工作经验者优先。 

2. 资质要求:持有有效的食品处理人员许可证。 

3. 技能要求:能够熟练使用厨房设备与器具,并具备每日烘焙及准备菜单菜品的能力。 

4. 知识要求:熟悉食品安全标准与操作流程,确保厨房工作符合规范。 

5. 个人特质:具备良好的沟通能力与团队合作精神,能够在高压力的快节奏环境中高效工作。 

6. 服务理念:以客户满意度为核心,致力于提供卓越的服务体验。
