岗位职责
1.顾客服务:以积极热情的态度迎接顾客,记录订单并提供食物与饮品,解答顾客关于菜单的疑问。
2.订单处理:准确将订单输入销售系统,使用信用卡读卡器或收银机完成收款,并快速计算找零。
3.团队协作:与厨房团队紧密合作,按照烹饪指示、安全程序及卫生要求准备食物与饮品。
4.环境维护:确保餐厅日常清洁,包括清理餐桌、送回托盘、扫地拖地、清洗消毒厨房用具及清洁卫生间。
5.投诉处理:专业、冷静地处理顾客的担忧与投诉,根据餐厅政策及时解决问题。
6.展示更新:定期更新标牌与展示内容,以吸引顾客并提升品牌形象。
7.库存管理:盘点并补充展示柜、餐桌及柜台内的物品,确保物料充足。
8.合规操作:严格遵守食品安全法规与质量控制措施,确保顾客的用餐安全与满意度。
任职要求
1.经验要求:至少1-2年食品与饮品制备经验,具备餐饮服务背景者优先。
2.服务意识:积极的态度,致力于客户满意度与卓越服务。
3.沟通能力:出色的倾听与沟通技巧,能够与顾客建立良好的互动关系。
4.个人特质:性格友善、形象得体,具备良好的职业素养。
5.菜单知识:熟悉菜单内容,包括配料、份量及常见过敏原信息。
6.多任务处理:高效且精力充沛,能够同时处理多项任务并快速切换工作内容。
