• 开拓销售份额并提升顾客服务
• 确保店铺提供优质顾客服务
• 与区域经理合作，计划和完成销售目标
• 提供员工培训与发展计划
• 管理货存并保持准确货存记录
• 减低损耗量
• 确保所有人力资源记录准确按时完成
• 能辨别外部因素及发展趋势并根据变化作出策略性调整
• 确保店铺达到符合公司标准的服务环境

任职资格：

• 本科及以上学历
• 8年及以上零售或奢侈品行业经验，其中5年及以上管理经验
• 具备专业操守和杰出的领导才能
• 出色的协调组织能力和团队建设能力
• 出色的战略性思维和解决问题的能力
• 良好的英语沟通能力
