Job Title: Assistant Manager, Retail Marketing & Strategy
Primary Purpose: Assistant manager, Retail Marketing will be responsible for initiating retail marketing strategies to drive positive sales momentum as well as to recruit new customers aligned with company strategy and priority, to fuel the growth of Coach Korea. This role will report to the senior manager, Business Development and Strategy.

- Understand retail strategy and company priorities to execute retail marketing activities.
- Plan and execute retail activation, periodical promotion aligned with the company key calendar.
- Build and distribute retail marketing calendar to sales, marketing, VM, and product team.
- Invent relevant events for new customer acquisitions across the channels.
- Manage and plan the yearly retail marketing budget and track monthly expense for optimization.
- Define new gift programs for customer engagement and experience.
- Evaluate and manage optimal ROI of each event.
- Collaborate and engage with multifunctional teams.
