eCommerce Commercial Manager, TikTok

Primary Purpose:

The TikTok eCommerce Manager will be responsible for Coach eCommerce growth in TikTok/Douyin Platform via attend multi-digital campaign to elevate the growth rate and the net sales.

The role will lead to platform campaign plan, store traffic and conversion rate strategy (focus on self-owned Live Streaming), coordinate projects and oversee daily operations to improve both financial results and consumer experience.

Key Roles and Responsibilities will include:

[Campaign Operation]

• Manage Douyin’s digital e-commerce platforms, identifying and optimizing campaign opportunities
• Supporting digital e-commerce activities for internal and external Douyin.com stores (e.g., live streaming feeds, Douyin membership events), including Live Room background content updates, product listings, trade marketing planning, customer service oversight, tool integration, and regular audits with improvement proposals.
• Collaborate with product, allocation, and logistics teams to align Douyin platform inventory with sales performance.
• Monitor industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities to inform strategy.

[Analysis and Reporting]

• Trace and secure the sales performance in line with financial target
• Assist in preparing weekly and monthly e-commerce business reports, dashboards, and campaign performance reviews.
• Analyze key metrics, including category and top-item sales, site performance, conversion rates, email database growth, customer behavior, and marketing program effectiveness.
• Track sales performance to ensure alignment with financial targets.

• Engage with third-party business partners and agencies through visits and communication.
• Partner with local and global marketing/digital IT teams to align digital strategies and share insights.
• Identify opportunities to adopt best practices and explore future pilot initiatives, such as Omni-Hub.
