Project Manager

Job Description of Project Manager:

• Managing projects independently and working closely with HQ from the store design until project completion.
• Maintaining accurate progress, quality and budgetary control of project.
• Liaising and collaborating with government authorities, landlords, consultants, contractors as well as internal departments to ensure smooth project completion and in accordance with the corporate store layout design standard.
• Work and communicate with cross functional teams in China/Great China on project schedule and requirements.
• Plan and supervise on maintenance work for related projects.
• Having capability of creating historical data based on as-built projects.
• Capable of doing store enhancement projects based on brand needs.
• Strong team work spirit, with internal and external.
• Strong ability of planning and execution in execution.

The accomplished individual will possess...

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Architecture/ Interior Design or related field.
• 8+ years’ experience in in store design/construction preferred. 
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
• Excellent time management skills – able to prioritize job tasks within tight timeline.
• Self-starter, good communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD/Microsoft project/MS office.
• Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and verbal.
• Regular travel
