Senior Analyst, Fixed Assets & Leasing

Description:

Fixed Assets：

• Manage asset master creation, capitalization, disposal, and transfer.
• Prepare monthly fixed asset reports and maintain the asset register.
• Update Net Book Value for assets upon disposal approval.
• Run monthly depreciation and calculate as per business requests.
• Assist in period-end closing and liaise with other teams.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and policies.
• Oversee fixed assets accounting for stores, warehouses, and offices.
• Partner with internal stakeholders for accurate and timely reporting.
• Collaborate with cost center owners on forecast and budget data.
• Identify opportunities to standardize processes.

Leasing：

• Maintain Contract in leasing system timely and accurately.
• Ensure accounting entries are consistent with leasing operating schedule.
• Ensure contracts’ completeness.
• Audit support.

Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting.
• Fluent in English is required, written and verbal.
• 3+ years' experience in fixed asset accounting.
• Strong understanding of US and Local GAAP.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing business environments.
• Knowledge of project management.
• Lease accounting experience is a plus.
