Job Title:  Returns Team Leader – Night Shift  

Primary Purpose:  You will lead the night shift Returns team in our state of the art, omni-channel, 850,000 sq. ft. global distribution center.

 

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in distribution operations to...

 

  • Lead and develop the Returns team to meet or exceed safety, accuracy, and performance goals.
  • Analyze capacity and staffing to manage service level agreements for all three channels – retail, wholesale, and eComm.
  • Hold the team accountable for maintaining standard operating procedures and updating processes as business needs dictate.
  • Deliver best-in-class process improvement initiatives.  
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

An outstanding professional will have...

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, supply chain, logistics, transportation, or related field.
  • More than five years of leadership experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment.
