Job Title: Retail Operations Associate (12 months Fixed Term Hire)

 

Primary Purpose

 

To support and coordinate all aspects of operational processes, store environment maintenance, store openings, and manage systems, store and packaging supplies. Also to ensure local support on after-sale service function.

Operations

  • Oversee the store operations for all Malaysia stores
  • Ensure supplies and packaging stock levels are managed
  • Increase productivity and efficiency through BOH (back-of-house) maximization in line with various deliveries and seasonal collection.
  • Implement new initiative such as BOH standardized arrangement, stock card indicator for fast retrieval of inventory in particular to shoes, more efficient racking system etc.
  • Coordinate and responsible of annual stock take.
  • Support new stores opening or enhancement projects to ensure smooth operations are met.
  • Facilitate and coordinate various training and onboarding programs such as Coach College for new joiners, aftersales service (monogramming & product aftercare), grooming workshop, retail offsite etc.
  • Lead forecasting for inventory and packaging management.

 

Communications

  • Consolidate and coordinate all communication by all departments on a weekly basis through a transmittal process.

 

The accomplished individual will possess...

 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of retail operations experience or fresh graduates with internship experience in retail industry are welcome to apply
  • Strong in forecasting and data-driven.
  • Strong customer focus and ability to cultivate relationships with maintenance vendors/contractors.
  • Outstanding communication skills with strong organizing and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications.
