Primary Purpose: The Visual Merchandising Manager for Tapestry EMEAI is responsible for strategizing and leading the execution of Visual Merchandising (VM) for all Tapestry Brands in UK / IRE & EMEAI Retail, Outlet and Wholesale channels within their specified geographical territories. This position will support Showroom set up within market and all Global-marketing initiatives. The Visual Merchandising Manager will direct a team of Field Visual Merchandisers and In-Store Visual Merchandisers to ensure Coach global VM standards are met in their specific European countries across all channels. The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in...

  • Lead, manage and train a team of field Visual Merchandisers and In-Store Visual Merchandisers on how to interpret monthly guidelines and communicate consistent merchandising direction on Brand standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional business partners and Multi Managers to assist stores in planning, mapping, and merchandising monthly floor sets.
  • Identify areas of business opportunity with Area leads and store managers to deliver an action plan to corporate visual merchandising and account management.
  • Manage flow of communication between Corporate, Field VM and stores
  • Coach store management on current visual standards, expectations, and guideline presentations.
  • Lead the management and execution of floor-sets in key locations.
  • Lead and facilitate new store openings.
  • Work with cross-functional departments on showroom set up, pop ups and events leading the visual merchandising.
  • Provide consistent merchandising direction on brand standards to field VM and store management.
  • Identify and develop with store management who will be responsible for VM and the daily merchandising and maintenance of the stores.
  • Stay up to date on regional business trends by reading business reports and shopping the competition.
