A member of the Tapestry family, we are part of a global house of brands that has unwavering optimism and is committed to being innovative and wholly inclusive.

Primary Purpose:

Reporting to the Senior Production Manager, the Visual Experience Assistant Production Manager will partner closely with local Coach and Kate Spade teams, as well as global counterparts in New York, to ensure the seamless execution of visual display elements across our stores and wider brand environments.

You will join a dynamic, highly creative team where you will be responsible for upholding and elevating brand standards, ensuring timelines are met, and maintaining strong production and process discipline. This role requires excellent project management skills, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll bring a strong interest in visual merchandising and retail concept design, with an instinct for what’s new, what’s next, and what sets brands apart. You stay tuned into competitor activity and global design trends, and you’re driven by innovation, precision, and continuous improvement. You have a meticulous eye for detail, a solutions-focused mindset, and the confidence to troubleshoot challenges proactively to deliver best‑in‑class visual experiences.

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency to...

  • Support the Senior Production Manager in delivering in‑store display projects from initial brief through technical development, prototyping, production, and installation. This includes work across owned stores, wholesale partners, and out‑of‑home experiential activations.
  • Manage project budgets and partner with our approved vendor network to secure competitive quotes, efficient lead times, and high‑quality execution on every project.
  • Support the new store opening programme, ensuring all visual production elements—such as bespoke treatments, lightboxes, and signage packages—are delivered accurately and on schedule.
  • Attend and oversee installations when required. This may include early mornings, late evenings, or travel across the EMEAI region to ensure flawless execution.
  • Create, shape, and manage briefs in partnership with Visual Merchandising and Marketing teams. Responsibilities include defining timelines, proposing budgets, and ensuring all internal or external briefs are clear, comprehensive, and aligned with market needs, partner expectations, and wider business objectives.
  • Raise purchase orders and reconcile invoices, ensuring all vendors are paid accurately and on time while maintaining clear financial tracking.
  • Ensure project expenditure is accrued correctly each month, supporting accurate financial reporting and budget management.
  • Carry out essential administrative tasks, including booking couriers, coordinating freight forwarding, managing sample orders, and maintaining supplies as needed.
  •

The accomplished individual will possess...

  • Experience in Visual Merchandising production, including hands‑on exposure to 3D display builds and a solid understanding of 2D print processes.
  • Foundational art working skills, enabling confident preparation and adjustment of production‑ready files.
  • Intermediate Adobe Creative Suite and 3D modelling capabilities. While this is not a design‑led role, you will be required to adapt and amend design files from the New York studio to meet local business needs. Intermediate SketchUp experience is essential, and Rhino experience is a advantage.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to independently lead projects from concept through to completion.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the confidence and adaptability to collaborate effectively across all levels and functions of the business.
  • Outstanding time‑management abilities, including the capacity to balance and prioritize multiple projects of varying scale simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and momentum.
