The Primary Purpose:


The EU IT Administrator is responsible for providing administrational support for EU IT, a team who support Tapestry Corporate Offices, Retail Stores, Ecommerce and Wholesale Business Units (Coach, Kate Spade and Stuart Weitzman).  This position requires strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical and communication skills.   


The position will primarily be located in London at Coach’s European Headquarters, currently Cavendish Square and then in Paddington from August 2019.


The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in providing administrative support to ensure:


  • The EU IT Budget (OPEX and CAPEX) is tracked and reported as required.
  • Purchase Orders are raised and sent to vendors as required to fund the various supported technologies
  • Partnerships are formed with Finance and relevant 3rd parties as required
  • T&E spend is monitored and reported as required
  • The establishment and growth of relationships with all key business areas of contact
  • The documentation and tracking of IT assets.


The accomplished individual will also possess ability to:



  • Operate with little supervision and be self-disciplined, independent, self-motivated, a self-starter, be self-directed and keep good time.
  • Use Word and Excel and be proficient is using macros and linking documents.
  • Provide excellent written and verbal communications skills
