Primary Purpose: The Account Executive is responsible for maintaining and developing the Coach and Kate Spade Wholesale business in Northern Europe across independent multi-brand doors in the region. 

 

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Wholesale to:

  • Assist the Account Manager & Senior Sales Manager with requests from key accounts and directly manage independent accounts
  • Execute four markets a year across Women’s & Men’s Leathergoods for Coach, and Women’s Leathergoods for Kate Spade. Lead appointments with independent accounts, presenting the collection during market  
  • Act as a point of contact for multi-brand accounts, working closely to drive growth
  • Track sales weekly, monthly and quarterly, and analyse sales to highlight key trends and challenges
  • Produce seasonal trade reports to highlight wins, challenges and opportunities and develop short-term seasonal plans to meet sell-through targets
  • Work on ATS swaps and re-orders to drive in-season trade
  • Support with planning of quarterly and yearly sales forecast with Sales Manager
  • Manage the omni channel approach with regular site canvassing for partners with online channels to drive trade and in-season actions
  • Develop the distribution network, onboarding new independent accounts and prospecting in line with regional strategy
  • Work closely with cross functional teams on the order lifecycle, including order upload, tracking inbound and outbound shipments and delivery of the order book
  • With the support of the Account Manager, communicate with Accounts Receivable on independent account balances
  • Coordinate and support in-store marketing initiatives and events, coordinate samples and manage ROI reports with stores
  • Organise store visits and provide comprehensive feedback and actions to boost trade, including training; partner with Customer Experience team on implementing training and lead product knowledge training with accounts
  • Support new store openings in coordination with cross-functional partners and accounts
  • Regularly update the client database 
  • Work closely with VM to ensure high standards are delivered across all stores

 

The accomplished individual will possess:

  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in Wholesale/Sales, managing and developing brick and mortar accounts 
  • Highly motivated and target driven to achieve sales
  • Proven experience tracking and analysing trade/sales data 
  • Team player, confident and personable 
  • A self-starter able to independently manage time and workload effectively
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to influence and manage challenging situations
  • Experienced with Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint
  • Fluent in English
