Primary Purpose: The Account Executive will support Lifestyle categories, Footwear and Jewellery, for Coach and Kate Spade New York within the Europe Wholesale channel. This role is responsible for nurturing and growing the business across the region, while contributing to strategic planning and supporting long‑term growth initiatives.
The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Wholesale Sales to:
- Support the Account Manager with commercial opportunities across the Tapestry Europe region, covering key accounts and small department stores for Coach Footwear, Kate Spade Footwear, and Kate Spade Jewellery
- Analyse weekly sales and inventory performance, deliver internal reporting, build action plans based on current performance, and identify additional sales opportunities
- Track sales plans and partner with Accounts regularly to update sales targets and OTB
- Attend regular trade meetings with Accounts to review business performance and trends, share updates, and align on action plans
- Build strong relationships and collaborate with Distributors, Cross‑Functional teams, and License Partners
- Create seasonal trade presentations outlining key wins, challenges, and growth opportunities
- Manage day‑to‑day Amazon operations for Kate Spade Lifestyle to support the Senior Sales Manager, including PO management, reorders, and maintaining the Kate Spade Amazon landing page experience
- Collect and process orders, ensuring alignment with OTB expectations and seasonal strategies
- Support quarterly market product strategy planning across Lifestyle categories, contribute to key account market preparation, and deliver presentations to multibrand accounts using strong analytical and influencing skills
- Assist the management team in building commercial plans that drive growth and profitability
- Ensure excellent operational execution by partnering closely with Wholesale Operations, Demand Planning, and Customer Service to deliver a seamless order lifecycle. Oversee order book conversion and ensure on‑time shipments
- Review and analyse regional and competitive landscapes to identify new business opportunities as required
- Partner with Wholesale Customer Experience, Visual Merchandising, and Buying teams to maintain a cohesive and aligned strategy across Lifestyle
The accomplished individual will possess:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Wholesale Sales within the fashion industry
- Background in footwear and/or jewellery is preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly motivated and target‑driven, with a passion for achieving sales results
- Collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Confident, proactive, and adaptable
- Self‑starter with the ability to manage time, workload, and deadlines independently
- Able to perform under pressure in a high‑performance environment while maintaining exceptional accuracy
