Job Title: Influencer & Celebrity, Manager EMEA

 

Primary Purpose:

The Influencer & Celebrity Manager will work closely with leadership to plan and execute world-class integrated VIP/Influencer strategy supporting brand vision and objectives. Cultivating brand awareness, cultural relevance as well as brand advocacy and engagement. They use and elevate existing strong VIP/influencer/agent/management/talent & VIP stylist relationships and cultivate VIP relevant media relationships. They will work closely with the PR Director on all aspects of VIP/Influencer contract & usage negotiation, content creation, product placement, dressing, VIP media placement/appearance and events and management.

 

The Influencer & Celebrity Manager will work with leadership to oversee the following key tasks:

  • Develop and implement data driven, creative celebrity & influencer strategies
  • Build and execute plans for celebrity/influencer activity to support key product/message launches
  • Point of contact for internal and external initiatives regarding talent
  • Ongoing cross functional partnership with marketing/ecom/ws etc to drive and deliver commercial objectives across celebrity/influencer
  • Cross functional partnership with editorial team to drive brand awareness & cultural impact across all celebrity/Influencer strategy
  • Support the negotiation & management of all BU celebrity/Influencer contracts: managing usage rights and deliverables ensuring cross functional partnership with Tapestry legal teams through process
  • Proactively secure and manage powerful BU VIP/Influencer dressing opportunities
  • Support Senior PR & Editorial Manager with all  celebrity & influencer related media: partner with leadership to devise & deliver brands talent covers/editorials, manage all dressing placements, events and show/presentation take overs
  • Write & distribute all talent related press releases for BU (with copy approval from Global partners)
  • Act as an ambassador for Tapestry, maintain and elevate key talent/influencer relationships, including direct, personal celebrity/influencer relations as well as agents, management, stylist & talent associated media/editorial relationships
  • Manage celebrity and influencer appearances/events for key Tapestry moments
  • Partner with leadership to identify and maximize Global talent opportunities/partnerships in local markets
  • Continuously maintain and monitor knowledge of talent and influencers across all markets
  • Manage and monitor all talent/influencer led results, analytics and business reporting/presentations
  • Manage all talent/influencer analytic monitor servicing contracts and deliverables
  • Support Tapestry’s international partners to execute regional celebrity & influencer strategies that align with brand vision and objectives

 

The accomplished individual will possess...

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification/ 5 + years’ experience in a celebrity and influencer, PR environment with strong UK celebrity/influencer track record
  • Strong network of direct talent relationships as well as talent reps across music, film, art, fashion & culture
  • Proven experience and excellence in developing and executing celebrity/influencer strategy and results for global luxury brands
  • Highly engaged in the industry & society, culturally aware and engaged in current trend, events
  • Data driven, creative and strategic thinker
  • A self-starter with an agile entrepreneurial spirit
  • Great communicator, influencer and writer
  • Excellent organizational skills and detail-orientated
  • Ability to multi-task under tight deadlines and have a strong sense of urgency
  • Highly computer literate in Word, PowerPoint presentations and Excel
  • Team player with a positive ‘can do’ attitude
