The Primary Purpose


The FP&A Analyst is responsible for working with the FP&A Director on forecasts, budgets and long range planning of the Coach Europe Direct (Retail & Outlet) businesses. 

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency to…. 

  • Manage/plan the Coach Europe store payroll/operational costs budget (c.65 stores; $29m)
  • Run monthly cost review process with key stakeholders to understand variances to plan
  • Identify opportunities to drive cost efficiencies and improve store profitability
  • Leverage Kronos system to build payroll KPIs to assist with analysis and budgeting process
  • Manage total Coach Europe store P&Ls for the Retail and Outlet channels
  • Support eComm team with sales and key metric reporting
  • Ensure eComm reporting is accurate and consistent across all systems (Google Analytics/Microstrategy/SAP)
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business (predominantly Retail Ops, HR and eComm teams)

An outstanding professional will have…

  • Relevant retail experience within a multi-store retail business highly preferred
  • CIMA; part qualified
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Self-motivated, flexible and performance-oriented; able to work independently under time pressure in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability and willingness to see beyond the immediate remit of the role to drive team success
  • Tenacity and stamina to consistently drive process improvements
  • Detailed mindset with ability to see the bigger picture
  • Kronos/Microstrategy experience are a plus
  • European language skills are a plus
