Primary Purpose: This role will have responsibility for continuing to shape and deliver on Tapestry’s equity, inclusion and diversity (EI&D) strategic pillars of Talent, Culture, Community and Marketplace. The role will report into the global Director of EI&D and be based in our London office.

Serve as a change agent, consultant, thought-leader, influencer & SME on all EI&D related issues

Co- lead our regional EI&D Council and provide oversight and direction to EMEAI Inclusion Networks membership

Collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise to weave EI&D into all aspects of the employee experience, including talent acquisition, total rewards, career development, employee engagement and succession planning

Collaborate and provide consultation to Brand leaders and teams to drive value creation through the acquisition and retention of a diverse consumer base

Identify, develop & foster relationships with relevant external organisations, stakeholders, thought leaders, partners & vendors across the region. Represent Tapestry and its Brands with these organisations for in-person and virtual events.

Develop, implement, measure and report on best practices for EI&D action planning. Ensure business accountability through evolution of our EI&D dashboard, diversity metrics, Inclusion Index and other relevant KPIs, monitoring & reporting systems to effectively benchmark organisational progress in EI&D. Work with leaders across organisation to develop and execute actions that advance the EI&D agenda and deliver progress against our goals

Collaborate with the Social Impact team; working with the Foundations and support team to identify and build effective partnerships with Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), Non-Government Organizations (NGOs) and non-profit partners and opportunities, mobilizing the company and setting goals and standards in partnership.

4+ years specific EI&D experience

Experience operating in a fast-paced, global environment

Demonstrated written and verbal communications expertise, with a special sensitivity to cross cultural communications

Outstanding interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to form strong relationships across the organization and with external stakeholders

Expertise partnering with and coaching senior leadership teams

Proven ability to lead large-scale talent initiatives

Strong business acumen with the ability to connect business, culture and people strategies

Ability to regularly travel across the EMEAI region, with occasional travel to the United States
