Primary Purpose: The Wholesale Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting and growing Tapestry’s distributor business across the Middle East, Africa, and India (MEAI), helping to nurture partnerships and drive commercial success throughout the region.
The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Sales to:
- Support the MEAI team during quarterly Full-Price, Outlet, Footwear (FTW), and Ready-to-Wear (RTW) markets by coordinating agenda planning, sharing relevant materials with accounts, facilitating order intake, assisting with presentation development, and conducting product performance analysis
- Maintain and update monthly sales and inventory trackers, ensuring data accuracy through thorough review, and producing comprehensive reports for both internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Wholesale Customer Experience, Sales, and Finance teams to process invoices, credit notes, and debit notes efficiently and accurately
- Ensure seamless operational execution by fostering strong partnerships with Wholesale Operations, Customer Service and Demand Planning. Share updated order reports with accounts, coordinating timely deliveries, and serving as the primary point of contact for all shipment-related inquiries
- Partner with the Wholesale Customer Service team to proactively identify and mitigate monthly shipment risks, escalating any concerns to the Sales team and accounts to ensure timely resolution
- Support the Sales team with quarterly insights by compiling and analysing sales data, order details, and customer feedback
- Provide end-to-end support for MEAI projects, including new store openings, renovations, and other initiatives, from initial submission through to successful launch, ensuring smooth coordination and timely execution
- Assist in developing presentations for projects to internal cross-functional teams and senior management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on initiatives related to not-for-sale items, providing support with projections, budgeting, tracking, and invoicing
- Manage the upload and maintenance of brand assets across internal and external platforms
The accomplished individual will possess:
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in Wholesale or Distributor/Franchise business models
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Highly motivated with a results-driven mindset and a strong focus on achieving targets
- Exceptional communication and organisational abilities
- Confident, proactive, and collaborative
- Self-starter with the ability to independently manage tasks and adapt to shifting demands
- Thrives under pressure in fast-paced, high-performance settings while maintaining accuracy
