The Analyst, Product Management, Workday Learning will play a key role in supporting the delivery, optimization, and governance of the global Workday Learning platform within the HR Technology & Solutions organization. This position blends functional and technical understanding of Workday Learning with product management fundamentals — helping to shape the global roadmap, enhance user experience, and ensure continuous improvement of learning technology capabilities.
This role partners closely with Learning & Development Center of Excellence, and regional HR technology teams to deliver scalable, innovative learning solutions that enable employee growth and business performance globally. This role reports to the Sr. Manager, Workday Delivery, HR Technology & Solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Workday Learning product roadmap, including enhancements, releases, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist in gathering and prioritizing business requirements from global and regional Learning teams.
- Configure, test, and document updates to Workday Learning functionality, ensuring alignment with business needs and governance standards.
- Analyze platform data and user feedback to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, and vendors) to troubleshoot issues, manage integrations, and deliver smooth user experiences.
- Participate in release management, regression testing, and change enablement activities.
- Maintain system documentation, configuration guides, and process maps.
- Stay current on Workday Learning releases and new capabilities, helping the global team evaluate and adopt new features.
- Champion best practices and innovation in learning technology, contributing ideas that drive engagement and value creation.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in HR technology or HR systems operations, preferably with hands-on experience in Workday Learning.
- Strong understanding of Learning Management System (LMS) processes and learning lifecycle operations.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into functional system requirements.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and insight generation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across global teams.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Workday configuration, testing, and security concepts.
- Familiarity with Agile or iterative product management approaches.
- Exposure to HR technology governance, change management, or global support models.
- Interest in learning technology trends and digital learning experience platforms.

Work Setup:
BASE PAY RANGE $85,000.00 TO $100,000.00
