Job Title: HR Associate

 

Primary Purpose: Partner with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) in support of Tapestry Functional Groups. Provide support for Inclusion & Diversity Center of Excellence (COE).

 

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Human Resources to...

  • Audit and maintain ongoing accuracy and integrity of employee data in partnership with Global People Services
  • Partner closely with Finance & Reward on our compensation forecast processes including Quarterly Outlook (QO), Workforce Budgeting (WFB), Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Long Range Plan (LRP)
  • Partner with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition (TA) on position management, ongoing updates of open roles and temp assignments
  • Support and partner with HRBPs on:
    • report requests in partnership with Global People Services
    • talent review processes, reports and PowerPoint presentations
    • special projects including org design, communication plans and reorganizations
    • year-end process including reviews, merit increases, bonuses and equity
    • tracking target fill dates for open positions, to ensure careful management of compensation spend, and coordinating with TA on updates in our recruiting module
    • managing temp requests and maintaining the temp tracker
    • auditing and analyzing of performance review information
    • tracking, and processing, of compensation-related costs (sign-ons, one-time payments, etc.)
    • org synergy tracker
  • Partner closely across Tapestry Functional Groups HRBP team particularly on activities that happen across groups to ensure we are connected and aligned
  • Guide leaders, people managers and employees to the appropriate source for queries and requests (including our intranet - The Loop, our HRIS systems – PeopleHub and our contact center - Tapestry People Services)
  • Coordinate international moves in partnership with key stakeholders (including Global People Services, Legal, and Reward)
  • Actively pursue knowledge of client’s business practices, policies, organizational structure, roles and responsibilities to better understand the business and leverage the understanding in your work
  • Participate in and/or manage special projects as required
  • Get involved in cross-functional HR projects, building relationships across our HR team and learning about how our HR function works together in support of the business
  • Support Inclusion & Diversity COE initiatives including:
    • coordinating events/activities
    • responding to individual employees queries on the Inclusion mailbox
    • coordinating messaging around key days/events (Hispanic heritage day, etc.)
    • managing diversity surveys, analysis and reporting
    • ongoing metrics, etc.
  • Build and grow relationships based on respect and trust
  • Provide strong customer service in a timely and efficient manner

  • Experience with Visio org chart program is a plus, not required
  • Experience with an SAP-based HR system is a plus, not required
  • Proficient in MS office, specifically Excel, required
  • Demonstrated ability to embrace differences and partner with others inclusively

 

An outstanding professional will have...

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years Human Resources experiences, or relevant professional experience, required
  • Experience interacting with clients/executives
